Nurse. Coach. Encourager. Guide.
Hi, I'm Sara Johnson.
I'm a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare experience and a National Board-Certified Nurse Coach. Throughout my nursing career, I saw countless individuals struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety symptoms, overwhelm, and life transitions—often feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they truly wanted. This misaligment led to inflammationa and chronic disease in which our modern medicine world wanted to prescribe another pill and keep individuals more sick, more unhappy, and more unaligned.
That's why I founded Growth & Gratitude Coaching.
Today, I combine my nursing background with holistic coaching and somatic practices to help individuals regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress, heal old patterns, and create healthier, more balanced lives. Together, we can prevent, improve, and reverse chronic illness.
My Approach
I believe true wellness involves the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
My role isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you, provide support and accountability, and help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and purpose.
Together, we'll work toward greater peace, resilience, wellness, and fulfillment.
I see you. I hear you. I care about you. Your story matters.
A Little More About Me
My husband, Travis, and I farm and ranch in northeastern South Dakota and are blessed with three grown children. Living close to the land has taught me the value of gratitude, resilience, faith, and finding joy in life's simple moments.
My Promise to You
Whether you're experiencing burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply feeling called to something more, you'll find a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
