Meet Sara
BSN RN NC-BC
With more than 32 years as a registered nurse, I’ve seen how quietly stress, anxiety, grief, and burnout can take root in a person’s life. I also know how overwhelming it feels to hold everything together while slowly losing parts of yourself in the process...I’ve been there too.
That’s why I created Growth & Gratitude Nurse Coaching — a space for people who are ready to breathe again, heal, and find their way back to themselves.
A Whole Person Approach:
My coaching blends decades of nursing experience with a deeply personal understanding of stress, burnout, and healing.
I don’t offer quick fixes. I walk with you as you:
-
Calm anxiety and overwhelm
-
Regulate your nervous system
-
Heal from past experiences
-
Break free from patterns that keep you stuck
-
Create a life that feels balanced and more aligned
Your healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and safe.
What I Believe:
You are not broken — you’re overwhelmed.
Your nervous system is trying to protect you.
You deserve rest, joy, and connection.
Healing can be slow, gentle, and lasting.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Rooted in Rural South Dakota:
I live in rural South Dakota with my husband on our ranch. We’ve raised three incredible kids (and many cattle), and somewhere between the wide-open spaces and quiet sunsets, I’ve learned that the most meaningful growth often begins with a small step and a deep, honest breath.
