       Coaches can indeed vary significantly in their backgrounds and approaches. In an unregulated industry, selecting a coach with both relevant experience and expertise is crucial. With 32 years as a Registered Nurse, I offer a unique blend of medical knowledge, critical thinking skills,  and extensive formal coaching training. Additionally, my National Board Certification as a transformative nurse coach underscores my commitment to quality and professionalism in this field. ​​
